Where is Motion Machine Shop located?
Our studio is at 10010 NW 80th Ave, Hialeah Gardens, FL 33016. We also shoot on location across South Florida.
What are your hours?
We're open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Sessions outside these hours can be arranged for an added fee.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three weeks is ideal for photography and four to six weeks for brand identity projects. Rush slots are sometimes available.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes. Travel within 35 miles of our Hialeah Gardens studio is included. Beyond that we charge a mileage fee listed on our pricing page.
How long until I get my photos?
Most galleries are delivered in five to seven business days. Rush 48 hour delivery is available as an add on.
Do I own the photos?
Motion Machine Shop keeps the copyright, and you receive a license to use the images for your business. Full buyouts are available on request.
How many revisions are included in design work?
Brand Starter includes two rounds, while Brand Studio and Brand + Shoot include three. Extra rounds can be added.
Can I get the raw files?
We deliver edited, finished images. Raw files are not included because they don't represent our final work, but selects can be discussed for special projects.
What if it rains on my outdoor shoot day?
We'll reschedule at no charge or move the shoot to our studio, whichever works better for you.
Do you work with businesses outside Florida?
Yes. Design projects can be handled fully remotely, and product photography can be done by shipping items to our studio.
